Safety by design
Designed so the clinician stays responsible — and supported.
Pathscription is built to be defensible in a clinical safety review. The boundaries below are structural, not settings.
Calculations are deterministic
Doses come from a versioned rule and a fixed formula. A generative model never produces a number.
Guidance is the clinical source of truth
Every recommendation carries its source, version and review date, and can be opened in full.
Clinician approval is mandatory
Nothing is issued, sent or recorded until a named clinician reviews and approves it.
Missing information stops the workflow
If a required value such as weight is absent, the workflow pauses instead of assuming.
Everything is auditable
Each step records who or what performed it, from which source, and at what time.
No real patient data
This prototype uses fictional demonstration records only and collects no identifiers.
